Indications:
LINCOSPEC is indicated for the treatment of respiratory infections, intestinal infections, urinary tract infections, skin infections (including wounds and abscess) and arthritis caused by organisms sensitive to Lincomycin and Spectinomycin including: Actinobacillus spp., Pasteurella spp.,Brachyspira hyodysenteriae, Escherichia coli, Salmonella spp., Campylobacter spp., Bacteroides spp., Clostridium spp., Fusobacterium spp., Actinomyces spp., Staphylococcus spp., Streptococcus spp., Mycoplasma spp.
Administration & Dosage:
I.M injection with the following concentration:
• Calves: 1ml/10kg b.w (equivalent to 5mg of Lincomycin and 10mg Spectinomycin per kg b.w) for 2-4 days consecutively.
• Goats and sheep: 1ml/10 kg b.w (equivalent to 5mg of Lincomycin and 10mg Spectinomycin per kg b.w) for 2-4 days consecutively.
• Canine and feline: 1ml/5kg b.w (equivalent to 10mg of Lincomycin and 20mg Spectinomycin per kg b.w) for 3-7 days consecutively.
• Broiler chickens: 0,2ml/1kg b.w (equivalent to 10mg of Lincomycin and 20mg Spectinomycin per kg b.w) for 3 days consecutively.
Withdrawl period:
• Withdraw 21 days before slaughter in cattle.
• Withdraw 10 days before slaughter in broiler chickens.
Storage condition:
Keep in a dry, cool place and keep away from sunlight. Store at room temperature.
